How do you not audit for an IP PIN????

This is the last time I use TurboTax and will be sure to share my feedback with any and all. We have been loyal users for years but this year was the worst experience ever (other years have been trying, but this year was exceptional). There were multiple errors when loading, trouble finding previous documents and years, failure to link and find current and active returns. The kicker was our return was rejected because we didn't enter in a IP PIN. How in the world do you as a tool that is meant to ensure these errors don't happen allow this. Unacceptable. This should at the very least be an audit check at the end. On top of this when I went back into TurboTax to fix the error you didn't even take me to it. I had to search for the error, go to your website and search there to then navigate manually to the issue. I mean serious, how do you miss this step and call yourself a tax assistant tool. We'll be using TaxAct next year.

it was a horrible experience to download software. I used a cd in the past. will probably not use your software again. cd not available in stores I know you sell on you website at a higher price
