Never will go away from TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for more than 18 years, and I have never been disappointed in the way it guides me to file my taxes and complete all the necessary forms. The interview is getting better. I would like to see an AI assistant incorporated into it to ask some questions, where the answers are also mined from the tax community's answers.

BUGGY if yours is not a straightforward filing!!

Had several problems with the return processing. Since it was an NR tax return, it would not allow me to file state taxes, saying, you do not owe any taxes, even though I had filled in estimated taxes paid to the State.
After separately attaching the state program, it would not allow me to print a copy of a state tax to file.
