TurboTax is good but could be better

Overall TT worked well but I was hoping for more improvements in navigation. At times the Forms button did not respond but the menu worked. Some empty 1099 forms showed a trash icon but could not be deleted. The two year comparison is useful for detecting errors. However it should allow for clicking on current items to see how they were calculated e.g. my calculations did not match total of taxable income from retirements.

Perhaps a feature could be added and be able to be toggled to indicate when information is being entered where the information will be added to which actual tax forms both Federal and state.

T-Tax needs bug fix for stored files on computers

For some reason this year's version is hiding the returns in my computer. They can't be found with a search in the finder; they can't be found in the folders that they were saved to. After a few days of searching I was finally able to find two in the backup drive, but not the third. I finally had to use the Mac Time Machine application to find them. I went on the group forum to find a solution, but all I found was many many others with the same problem, also on PCs, not just Mac.

Still requiring too many updates every time log in, takes forever to load {"we know its taking more than a minute"} , requires re entry of same information over again despite asking if you wanted to save 2 pages before, Do not like not having hard copy (CD or flash drive) Online download is not "senior citizen" friendly!
