DID NOT RECEIVE THE #30 DISCOUNT WHEN I PURCHASED TURBO TAX AND THEN THEY CHARGES ME $25 TO E-FILE MY STATE TAX WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE

Could use better step by step on the state level.

Over all a decent program. Great with the walk through on Federal, drops the ball when it comes to states. Very hard to back out income from one state to the other when filling in multiple states. I finally gave up as the tax burden wasn't high enough to get it right. Pretty sure I over paid across the board.

Turbo Tax USED TO BE awesome. Not Any More.

Horrible experience. CDs no longer available. Can't do Home & Business online. Downloaded desktop version would launch after taxes were completed. Had to spend hours on phone with TT support and ultimately had to delete TT, reinstall and was required to re-enter EVERYTHING AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
