TurboTax is awesome but not the download version

I have used Turbo Tax for almost as long as the program has been in existence...have always loved it. I did not like the new download rather than the CD...the TurboTax website downloaded the wrong version for me, then said I could buy the CD which of course was for the wrong version. All in all, after uninstalling the wrong version and re-installing the Home & Business which is what I purchased I was finally able to get it to operate, about a week before the tax returns were required to be filed.

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I have never had a problem with any version until now with Turbo Tax 2024. It keeps telling me that I have two errors, and when I correct them, I still have them. I have redone my taxes three times, and I still have the same issue. The error does not apply to me. It is about Energy Efficient Buildings Line 27b. Well, I could not fix it. I have to mail my return, not e-filing. On top of that, I paid to file my state return, but I won't be able to. Then I have to worry about printing it in Adobe Reader.

Missing Key Tax Data from Axos download into Turbo

Download from my Axos account missed a bunch of required fields. and the question about what state your tax-free dividends come from was confusing. I would prompt users to the default to your own state & list other states they are coming from in the multi-state box. If it is not given by your finance company, call them.

Font needs improvement

You need to make the font larger. It's extra small! I had to keep enlarging my screen on the system settings, but then some of the pop up screens got cut off. The only way out was to close the program and make the screen smaller again temporarily. It was very frustrating!
