The 1099-INT and DIV entry was confusing

I did not like the modification you made to putting in the dividend information for investments and my bank. I like the fact that I can import most of the information but this time I found it had to find the button the inter the information in manually. I ended up calling for help noly to have the agent tell me to hit the "skip" button. You should label that button "manual entry". You also should have added the owner of the investment in with you imported the information. Some of the information I had for stock were not all under my name but ALL of the information got pulled in from Fidelity investments. I had to cull out the investment information that did not belong to me. This could have been avoided by simply matching the names on the tax returns being filed against the owner of the stock.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Fees too high for E-filing
on April 12, 2025

3 Issues: 1-I was supposed to get audit defense for free however when I went to get it it required a fee and I could not get around it. I've been a customer for over 10 years! 2- Too many questions are asked to get through the program 3- At the end I was forced to pay $65 to e-file my return and this is after I paid $120 for the program. Totally ridiculous. Had I known this BEFORE I started, I would have used a diffent software and I will likely use a different software next year as a result.

FRUSTRATED WITH THIS YEARS VERSION OF TURBOTAX

THIS YEARS SOFTWARE WAS NOT AS GOOD AS IN THE PAST. VERY FRUSTRATING. FOR ONE RETURN IT KEEPS REQUIREING THAT I NEED TO RUN AN UPDATE TO GO ANY FURTHERE EVEN THOUGH AUTOMATIC UPDATE IS ON. THE UPDATE FAILS EVERYTIME WITH CODE 1603 SHOWING UP. I WILL CONTINUE TO REMOVE THEN RE-INSTALL THE SOFTWARE TO TRY TO BUY AUDIT DEFFENSE AND THEN FILE. IF THAT FAILS IT'S BACK TO COSTCO FOR A REFUND. I HAVE SPENT WAY TOO MUCH TIME TRYING TO MAKE SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE PLUG AND PLAY WORK TO A HIGH LEVEL OF SATISFACTION. THIS IS THE FIFTH YEAR OF USING THE PRODUCT.

Been using Turbo for over a decade. I like the familiar format and most of the time like the updates. I downloaded this year's iteration on the computer and found it was hard to bounce back and forth from the question format to the actual tax document. Would like that made easier as in the past iterations

Federal Return rejected first time ever

Your program allows for only 5 digits IP PIN number when the IP PIN from the IRS has 6 digits, I asked and I can only use my 6 digit IP Pin from the IRS or the IRS will keep rejecting my return
