Turbotax is a good product but nickels & dimes you

Good product but confusing at very last. I DON'T want you to take $40 out of my federal refund! I was going to pay that by credit card, but you didn't give me the option.

Straightforward

Been using it for years, it makes filing straightforward year to year. I am concerned, however, about the recent takeover of the Treasury by Elon Musk.

I am sorry but at this point I cannot rate this product because it's not functioning properly at this moment. I have a new computer and printer and ever since I downloaded this software neither computer nor printer is functioning.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and have been consistently happy with the process and outcomes ... even those years (3) when I was audited.

Your program gets worse each year. I asked a simple question and all I got was to pay more and talk to someone. It's your program I have a question about and how to do my taxes. On the Business section it says "Needs Review" I have gone over everything and do not see Where it needs review. Can I click on something that will tell me.
