Good Product and Easy to Use

This is my second year using TurboTax Home & Business. Overall, it’s a solid and relatively easy-to-use platform, especially for someone who needs to handle both personal and business taxes. However, there are still a few areas that feel a bit confusing or unclear, and I found myself second-guessing certain entries. That caused me spent a lot more time than I expected. Some additional guidance or clearer explanations in those sections would really improve the experience. Help is somewhat useful but often too much to read to finger out the answer. Certain sections once you input the data you cannot access it again. I have to restarted everything again. I also chose not to use the expert tax advice feature, mainly because the price felt high for the limited help I needed.

Good Federal but not State Tax Return

Federal Tax Return software is perfect. Easy to follow every step during the process. However, there is no or not enough instructions for State Tax Return. I wasted my money on NJ Tax Return software. The information automatically inputted by the software following Federal Tax Return was incorrect and couldn't make correction. Waste hours. Maryland Tax Return is fine.

Turbo Tax is always excellent

We always use TurboTax and it works great. We did use expert advice this year because we sold a rental property and had some new challenges. The experts did a great job hellpinng us.

I've been using TurboTax for years, I got tired of doing all the hard work of collecting all the information for someone else to plug it in. Its very easy and when I do have a question the information is usually easy to find.

Overall, a decent experience but I would like to see the following in future versions:
1. Next and back buttons at both the top and bottom of the screen.
2. Once the user types in bank routing and account number they are used in other successive locations so the user does not have to keep typing in the same data.
