Turbo Tax is Extremely Helpful

Have been using TurboTax for many years. Easy to use and very helpful when doing your own taxes. Can't imagine doing my taxes any other way except for paying someone else considerably more money to do them for me.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I'm very familiar with the documents and the prompts. However, this year I had to look for the form I needed for the rental property.

Turbo Tax Could be better

When doing my return, I saw no place to enter my spouse and my IP PIN. When I filed Fed return it was rejected twice. I went back to our personal info and didn't see any place to enter it. I finally went to the actual forms, entered and saved the info and we will see what happens when i click submit.

I prefer to use Turbo over any other tax software because it is so easy to use. I am a freelance bookkeeper and believe me I have experience with quite a few programs.

My go to Product for over 15years

I usually would give TT a 5 star rating but this year there was a software glitch on their end for Schedule C businesses and it was challenging to clear the error. I wan't inclined to spend $60 for how to fix their software problem. Luckily there was some good information on the FAQ that led me to the fix. Besides that Issue Turbo Tax is awesome and well thought out. I totally support them and will continue to use them year after year. The ease of doing my taxes with multiple businesses is great.
