Excellent Customer Service

Just few minutes to connect with customer service. The associate was very patient and helpful. She spent almost two hours to help me to fix problems in my tax return that I have submitted. I will continue to use TurboTax for my tax return.

Turbo Tax Filing

We've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and we've never had an issue with the software. Its easy to use and the electronic filing is very helpful.

I have used this product for years and loved it! The last 2 or 3 years the supposed improvements have been trying. I filled in all information to efile just to end up with a menu that said" PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR PAY BY REFUND" Also, why am I charged for State efiling?

Needs Improvement

This year has gone down hill dramatically. It is very hard to navigate, and the year over year comparisons are impossible to find. It should be so easy to compare line by line year over year when I used TT last year. 1099NEC should compare amounts YOY, business expenses don't compare easily. The summary at the end isn't useful either. Pretty graphs but no details behind them to analyze.

Hard to get back where you left off.

There seems to be a problem if you want to look at a previous section. It makes you enter the information again to get back to where you left off. It won't let you just change one thing without having to go though the entire section again.
