It's "OK" and better than doing it by hand I guess

Not as "easy" as it could be - in my opinion. 2 items stick out. Every year I need to input PIN from IRS and TT doesn't make is easy to input that info. I have small business and in the expenses section it says don't input internet/phone expenses under expenses as you'll have opportunity to enter under general expenses - only it never takes you to general expenses. Google help says to use link to "jump" to the PIN id enter but there is no such "jump" in the help section to take me to that location.

SUGGESTION: While we are 95% satisfied, the system is still frustrating in a few ways. Improvement Idea: Can your system search previous tax year records on the computer to put in business loss carryforwards and Charitable contributions from previous years?
It is a pain in the butt to look at previous years returns printed out and discover we used the standard deduction, so we had charitable contributions in those years that were not on the older Tax returns printed out. We would have to add up all the charitable contributions from scratch, taking over a day!

I purchased the Home and Business version of TurboTax which includes electronic submittal of 1 free State tax. I had two tax returns and both were charged $20.00
