It's pretty darn good but I use it every yr.

Fairly simple. Couple of questions regarding what the software wants. The software seems to hide the Business Expenses section which is a bit of a pain. Also, seems like the software should just kick in to filing the state return.

Very good - but some frustrating glitches

I've used TurboTax more than two decades, so obviously I like it a lot. I like that it populates/carries over info from previous year. Also that I can choose what to work on (ignoring things that don't apply to me).
BUT - any time I go back to refine or check something I have to go through all the preliminary steps of that section another tedious, time-consuming time. Should be made easier to jump from one section to another without having to repeat repeat repeat. Also, I'm supposed to get one free state return with my subscription, but this year it charged me. I paid, since easier to lose $20 than go back through, starting from who knows where, through multiple steps again. But the rip off irks me.

Please repair a Schedule B glitch in the software

Please fix the glitch in Schedule B entry of 1099-DIV. The 1099 DIV got attached as a 1099-INT and would not respond to manual removal, required deleting Schedule B form entirely to reenter the 1099-DIV information to resolve. A hassle that added to the stress of the experience. Otherwise good experience with the software.

After 40 years of using TT, this will be my last.

TurboTax does not work with QB OnLine although the help function of both says the data can be exported. However, after spending an hour with both QB and TT help, they could not make it work. I have been a TurboTax user since the program first came out in 1984 but this will be my last year. Intuit's lack of interoperability combined with their over the top, and often sneaky, upselling, I am done.

Confusing to find print option for state tax retur

Very confusing finding print return options for state tax return. I do not want to pay to send taxes to my state. Make it easier and more straight forward to avoid these excessive charges int he future.
