I'm a do-it-yourself tax person from the first day I had to submit taxes. I've been using TurboTax for more years than I can remember, and I feel confident with this program. It always hurts and can be work when you have deductions you want to count, but I trust TurboTax to find the best answer.

Good with some exceptions.

I received the help I needed, however, it was VERY difficult to get to talk with someone. I had to continually call and only get voice prompts. I am only giving it 5 stars because the agents I did finally get to speak with were helpful.
