I have called turbo tax support no less than 6 times for help filing my and families tax returns. Your experts are top-notch: very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, patient, and CALM. They've made the highly dreaded tax filing manageable and smooth! I hate tax filing, similar to a root canal, but your crew made it simple and possible. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

TT IS GETTING WORSE

Ask user to dig up information when they are readily available by TT, e.g., Estimated Tax paid in 2024, 2023, Fed and State Tax Refund in 2024, etc., etc., when all of them can be accessed by TT in the same folder and government records. Never have to do these diggings in the past 10 years, using the same version of TT.

I was disappointed with Turbo Tax Home and Business. The help menus are worthless anymore. They used to tie right into the product you had. Now they are generic online help that do not tie into the product or area of the return you are working on. Was going to file electronically and I wanted to pay taxes due 4/15/2025. Would not let me do it. No one to talk with or chat with to help me. I ended up printing and filing by mail. Used to be able to file a State return with your Federal Return electronically included in the cost of the base product. Not anymore. There is a new State electronic filing fee.
You used to be able to print all the back up forms you wanted not just the forms need to file. Not anymore, no option to print all the forms which have the depreciation schedules amongst many others.

I am very disappointed with the chat feature. Terrible. No useful answers and a waste of time. The FAQs were not useful either. In addition, the investment section redesign is terrible. Confusing and cumbersome. Not an improvement.
