LLC support Good but not Great

Overall, helpful program, easy to use and accurate as compared to my accountant. I bought the Turbo Tax Business edition as I have a business which simply roles up to personal taxes. The business has two separate LLCs. Turbo Tax was able to handle taking the data for both but when it came time to file, it could only file one LLC. There is no option to file the second LLC electronically. The returns for the LLC are simple so I don't believe it's technically hard and the data is already input. Instead it asked me to get a waiver from my state to file the second one by paper. It would be great if this was an included feature in the Business.

Very buggy in 2024 - Disappointed

Very buggy software. When it flags things to review sometimes it brings up a blank screen, so you literally cannot proceed. Then at the end when I hit transmit, it flagged a so-called duplicate entry to review. I reviewed and it was correct. Click fixed, and it comes back. Endless loop. Had to make a small change and intentionally misspell something from my W2 to get it to proceed! Hoping I don't get audited for mistake!!!!!

stole my free state e-file

I was supposed to get a free state filing with my Home and Business and it charged me $25 . I had to look up last years AGI and my free one disappeared!!!!! such a rip off and lies!!!!!

Lack of CD option disastrous.

By discontinuing the CD desktop version of Turbo Tax you have caused me to expend an additional 6 hours of time, while charging more and reducing the cost of CD fabrication materials and labor saving the company millions. congratulations.
