Turbo-Tax is user friendly.

Makes a tedious task straightorward

It's tedious to do taxes, but Turbo makes it as straightforward as Congress, the IRS, and their state counterparts will allow.

In general TT is a very clear and logical way to ensure all relevant data is entered. My only observations are when a note comes up that requires information from another source or another tax form and there is essentially no information how to obtain this data or if it even applies. An example is getting information to check on AMT exposure, or some certain deductions.

Issues. Put in tax info as asked through turbo tax forms. Run check and line items missing in federal return? Isn't this why I would use this product. I don't know what these missing entries are and why they would be missing as I checked and they are entered into the turbo tax line items. Also seems silly to pay for a state return in my home state. Stamps are pretty cheap.

new box design take up too much screen, sch D doesn't allow you to do groups entering if there is amounts in the wash sale column, and worst is that it transfers the passive loss numbers over incorrectly and puts 2023 carryover in the 2022 column,a

new add[ons are a pain

Turbotax pushes too many addons I dont want and they keep showing up which says to me I need to stop using Turbotax
