Long-Time User, But Disappointed This Year

I’ve been using TurboTax for years and have always appreciated how easy and reliable the process has been. It’s helped me file my taxes smoothly and confidently, and I’ve recommended it to friends and family many times.
However, this year I ran into a frustrating issue. When I tried to pay with my credit card, the payment page went blank and wouldn't process the transaction. After trying several times with no luck, I was forced to use TurboTax’s transmission service for an extra $40—something I hadn’t planned on purchasing. It felt like I had no other option due to the glitch.
I’m really hoping this was a one-time bug, but it left a bad impression. I still think TurboTax is a great tool, but technical issues like this—especially when they lead to extra charges—need to be taken seriously and resolved quickly.
Please fix this for future users!

Really liked being able to go back and forward after inputting required info to check my work. Best Feature is for each line item it allows you to compare what I had inputted last year to compare to the current year's amount

need more complere program

There is one area that this software has lacked as i have been using it for many years. There needs to be a built in way to properly divide the square footage of a dwelling that is part rental and part primary residence. As the taxes, interest, and expenses need to be split in proportion. Then there should be a way to see all the breakdown of the totals to see that they match the total on the 1098. Then you could also evaluate if it would be more beneficial to more where this would be deducted from a business expense or a personal deduction. As with small business they often can not use all the deduction compared to the income.

This return was frustrating. My brother is dead, and I am filing his final return. Turbo Tax kept asking me questions that do not apply to someone who is dead. Turbo Tax should be programmed so that when I input this is for a deceased final tax return, questions or advice should be relevant to a decedent's tax return. I could have used some advice of when a form 3310 has to be filed, etc. Instead, I get questions like - do you want refund advice etc. There is room for improvement.
