I have been using turbo tax to do my taxes for the last 6 years and have never had a problem until this year. This is the first year that I have had trouble with the program. I can't print a copy of my return. The state return was rejected because the program needed an update after I submitted the return. The business section was glitchy and I had issues with that. Overall it was a pain in the butt.

Complaints about 2024 Turbo Tas Home and Business

Took me forever for turbo tax to accept my e-filing fee. Once I put in my information, eg. name, address, phone the page just froze. I tried numerous times to no avail. When I researched online someone suggested to change the display setting to 1024 x 768 and it worked. Not sure how anyone could have figured this out by themselves!! I remembered this happened to me last year also.
The other taxes field was over $11,000 on my program. I could not figure out why that amount was so high and what it pertained to. I had to look online to find out it was a summary only and not related to any deduction. This should be mentioned in the information box for this line item.

a buisness. It was so easy to make sure I received the maximum amount of taxes due to me.
