Turbo Tax is just OK

It's not bad. Every year, there are constant annoyances, like Turbo Tax asking me to look up the same information I've been looking up for the past 10 years of using Turbo Tax. When is Turbo Tax going to transfer ALL of the information from my previous returns?

TurboTax Failed This Year With It's New Changes.

You failed with your new design changes. The 1099 import pages were not user friendly at all, plus you no longer have American Express Bank as an import partner. You need to iron that out. Having to get a printed form to input my information manually when it used to be automatic was not great. When you drop a service for your users shows that you are having problems somewhere along the line. I think you need to fix it for 2025 filing.

Turbo Tax always has one flaw which wastes time

Overall good but the even though we fill out the full questionnaires every year something is always missing and an error is always on the forms which is very hard to rectify and find. "jump to" button doesn't exist on the Mac version. Always spend as much time figuring out the program as entering the data. Should be seamless when out taxes vary little from year to year. Some to the important data from the previous year can not be seen when you are working on the next year's program.

TT is a great & user friendly

Turbo Tax (TT) software is very comprehensive and encompassing! I have been using it now at least 20 years but I think it is closer to 30 years, I really don't remember ever using any another software and I don't recall if I ever did them manually so I guess I have been using TT for as long as they have offered tax filing software.

Turbo Tax greatly improved

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This years program is better than ever. All my questions were quickly answered and two ways of importing my forms was seamless. Having live backup was a plus, however I did not need it this year.
