EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

1.) Desktop version. If you pay for five federal licenses you should get FIVE state licenses.
2.) Online version. There is no way to use your purchased desktop software licensing code to file online.
3.) Being charged $25 to e-file on my Michigan state return is ridiculous.

*** The ONLY POSITIVE interaction this year was with a fantastic tax advisor named "Patience". She is an angel and an OUTSTANDING person that helped me correct me taxes. I can not say enough nice thing's about her. See is a valuable asset to Intuit Turbo Tax. ***

Very Good, could use one additional step-by-step

Very good, as usual. The one form that I would have liked help with is form 2210, for annualizing income. The questions asked to complete the form were not ones I would be able to answer without more knowledge of tax forms, which is essentially what TurboTax is there to help with (e.g. amount of tax for each quarter, QBI deductions per quarter, etc.). Having that broken down to a step-by-step rather than expecting me to be able to figure those out on my own would have been very helpful. This situation will probably come up again this year (variable income, thus hard to know estimated taxes beforehand), and that will be the deciding factor as to whether I purchase TurboTax or use an accountant.

Turb Tax is Excellent!

Turbo Tax is excellent. It takes you step by step to complete your return and explains anything that you may not be familiar with.

Turbo Tax is very hard to use for filing

I was trying to file electronically but you would not file because the program I just bought needed to be updated and there was no link to tools for me to do that. A program issued in February of 2025 should not need to be updated already

I have used Turbo for more than a decade without any issues. This was the first time I didn't have the software provided on a disk -- and it was as NIGHTMARE getting into it. It took me 35 minutes to get past the entry stage -- I kept getting a default page asking me if I'd like to pay for personalized service -- again, and again and AGAIN. And this after I'd already paid close to $100 for the software. I've found Turbo easy and reliable, but I'll have to think twice next year if it's "downloadable-only." You've got a problem there.
