Easy to Use!

Overall the product is easy to use and understand. My husband and I, who file separately, each received error code 119 when trying to access our return to complete it. Called TurboTax support and they were able to quickly ressolve the issue

Turbo Tax saves the day!

Couple of places in which I had to make corrections, but was able to easily able to find the "source" to correct. Had a new state and Turbo Tax handled all the new calculations! Without TT, I would NOT have been able to handle our own taxes!

Turbo Tax could be more connected to all of the data entered rather than to manually go back and look up data requested that Turbo Tax already has in the data that (we) have already manually entered. Also help links could do better than to simply repeat something written in IRS publications. Maybe just a little explanation of what is written in the IRS Publications.
It seems like 1099's W2's (personal data) should be entered before Business entries.
It would be handy to be able to go from and back to different forms, or step by step more accurately rather than just to the general area--which makes it necessary to go through several pages that have already been completed before--so making a possible error more likely in rushing through those pages again.

TurboTax updater did not work. I had to do manual updates. Otherwise it is good software and very helpful.
