TurboTax needs to fix some flaws.

I have been using TurboTax for over 30 years, but the 2024 version has flaws that need to be corrected:
1. When I downloaded the 2024 version, the software retrieved the 2023 taxes from my PC and updated most of the previous information except for the depreciation on my rental property. It showed $ 0 instead of over $ 69,000 deducted over last 9 years. Because there where no directions for addressing this amount, this flaw caused me to subscribe to your Live Tax Advice, which helped me resolve the tax computations for the sale of my property. If you save other information, you need to carry depreciation forward as well.
2. The process of imputing interest and dividends turned to be a tedious, and laborious task. You now have bubbles around individual sources of these income. Interest and dividends are intermingled instead of being organized by category, and even though each bubble says which source of income it is, it then asks to confirm it again. What a waste of time. I urge you to go back to last year's simpler format.
As for the Live Tax Advice, my 1st experience with Mandy yesterday was positive. She was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable.
