Overall, a very good application. I have small LLC investments in two non-resident states (CO and KS), and this year I didn't feel confident that TurboTax was on top of that. For instance, I didn't get prompts to check for differences between my state and federal K1s (there were none), as I did for my resident state of CA, and as I believe I have in past years for non-resident states.
Also, TT makes the same error every year when I get to my Kansas non-resident return, TT initially populates Kansas Sch S, line B 20 with a large chunk of my general income as if the income were from KS sources, even though only a tiny bit of income comes from my Kansas LLC (0 income, this year). So initially, TT shows that I owe hundreds of dollars in KS taxes, even though I owe just a few dollars, or nothing at all.

TTx is good, but not great

Most of TTx worked as usual. I tried four times, however, to submit my forms online and they were rejected each time, even though I "corrected" it by following TTx's instructions. There is an obvious problem with either the directions in TTx, the interface with the IRS, or both. And I am obviously only one of thousands with this same problem. This needs to be fixed, or I will seek another solution (which I know are available) in the future.

TurboTax for Mac is getting buggier every year

TurboTax for Mac (macOS) has been getting buggier every year. If quality continues to degrade, there will be no choice but to switch to a different application for tax preparation. I implore Intuit to PLEASE upgrade the TurboTax application to run on Apple computers with Silicon processors natively, and not rely on Apple computers using Rosetta to emulate Intel processing chips. This causes all kinds of problems.

Disappointed in Intuit

I don't like that i can't download my financials from my brokerage without having to buy another intuit product, this is ridiculous. I can't believe you pretend to have a tax return program that is expensive to start with then don't provide this important service without the purchase of another one of your products. this will be my last year using Turbo Tax.
