Great software and better with It's Deductible

Great and powerful software that I've used since original MacInTax offering. Had issue with downloading charitable deductions from It's Deductible this year (usually works fine) and tech was not able to fix it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

I don't think your program flow well. It is difficult to move to forms if you want to change a number or just look .at the return .

TurboTax Quality is Slipping

Seem Intuit dropped the ball on this version. Could not load on my computer that has and can run TurboTax for the last several years. Needed to use secondary laptop that I did not want to use. Intuit Technician felt since it was on the laptop, all was well but this is not where I use this tax. It needs to be removed now and the software must be put on the main computer or it is an incomplete product that I purchased. Never had these issues on previous versions on same computer
Software does not seem to recognize Washington State has no Income tax and kept wanting me to file forms and going back to that tab.

Worse ever experience with no CD turbotax

been using turbotax for over 15 years. This year has been the worse by far. Bring back the CD. I spent hours and phone calls just to get to download and be able to sign in. Wasnt too keen on program changes but could live with them.
