Good product that could improve

I'm a CPA...but not the type that does tax! I've used TurboTax for several decades and have found it credible and easy to use. However, this year I was surprised I could not e-file due to a Form 8283 needing to be signed by the Donee. It seems there should be the capability to upload the signed 8283 to the documents for e-filing.

It is easy and convenient to filling. I like this one. I am using it since 2018. Normally I recommend to my friends and family to use this one. Hope next year I will use it.

TurboTax gotten better but still needs improvement

In general I have been using TurboTax for many years. I use HomeBusiness version which is little complicated than normal. I have been using it for many years and gotten used to it, first time user might find it little difficult. This year the importing of Tax documents part was little confusing. I liked the bulleted list form of past years. With big import boxes for every import, it was difficult to keep track of all imports. I used MAC version, if you had to delete any import at the end of the list, you had to click Trash can and then scroll all the way up to click a pop-up box about confirmation. Smart check errors are shown out of context with no help to resolve. That part definitely needs improvement.

The ONLY way to do taxes!

Turbo Tax is the only way to go. They walked me through every situation! I also like how they remember my taxes year to year and list them side by side to compare. I helps remind me of what I did the year before! Very helpful and easy. Thank you Turbo Tax for making tax season NOT stressful!
