Font too small

The font size is too small for older people.There is no way to adjust the size of the font.

Well made software with some annoying quirks

Very well made software with a critical flaw for desktop based ones. There is no autosave option and if you are working on it and if you laptop battery dies or crashes or you accidentally close the software and ignore the prompt to save the file thinking its asking you to save an extra copy, beware you will lose EVERYTHING !!

Getting frustrated

I am finding more and more difficult to find the answwer to a question when I run into a problem.
This year the program did not transfer complete data from last years file. I had to make new entries for institutions 1099R and INT. Also entries were made and they just disappeared from the return.

Generally good. $45 "premium filing fee" applied to refund, never selected an option for audit defense or anything that would lead to that.

Turbo tax can be frustrating but mos for 30+ years

It is so frustrating that some selected info entered does not get carried through in the form and one has to reenter. Also, it's silly that every time I open TT it goes searching for updates; 1) when I step away from taxes for a few minutes, and 2) when I go back to look at taxes from several years ago!!
Overall, TT has served me well for 30? years or more. In the past there were serious problems such as inability to enter negative values (losses).
