Known error with electronic filing that's unfixed

I got an error message because I had two different box 12 categories with the exact same amount on the W2. I had entered it correctly. However, TurboTax wouldn't accept it and I was unable to file electronically. I couldn't find a workaround and if I changed the numbers my return would likely be rejected. I now have to make an extra trip to the post office and wait weeks longer for my return. But what really makes me lose confidence in TurboTax is that I looked online and found out that this is a known problem people have had for years and they have failed to fix it. Completely undermines my confidence in this company. I'll never buy from them again, and I will share this experience with others. This is a very frustrating experience to have when I am at the very last step of filing my taxes.

Very diffiicult to e-file. Also the product limits states to 3 for -efiling. All should be eligible.
