Better than the alternatives

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. There have some small glitches along the way but overall it's a great time-saver. It really helps to have some independent knowledge of the tax code. Because there are errors and omissions. This was my first year using live tax aid, and neither person I talked to had the specialized knowledge I needed. One was a terrific listener, the other told me things that were either not useful or were downright inaccurate.
