Great Product, but was disappointed that it did not pull over all my business information from previous year. I had to enter information from my previous years return that normally automatically transferred over.

Frustrating that you cannot specify using the standard deduction to start. Waste a lot of time and effort entering things like tax refunds, medical expenses, etc. just to have the program later pick using the standard deduction anyway. Too many blind alleys in the state programs.

TurboTax did everything I needed it to do for my company, farm and personal situations. I didn't need to talk to anyone as the program walked me through everything easily.

25+ User not happy with this year's experience.

There was a bug. Called in, and spoke with 3 people before April to resolve my issue with a workaround fix. She was great, the first two people were not adamantly trained. furthermore while speaking with the second person after being on the phone for over an hour and 15 minutes my call was dropped and NOT returned by TurboTax. I called again, and got April, who was very professional but nevertheless needed additional consultation to fix the bug. Combining the two calls it took approximately 2.5 hours to fix the bug with a workaround. IMO this was a bad coding issue inadequately prepared for Mac platform users. Not a good experience. Please note that I've been using TurboTax every year for over 25 years. This is my first complaint, so I'm not a "basher". Turbotax has some work to do on both the software for Mac and phone support to earn my continued loyalty.
