Business vehicle loss due to accident.

First let me tell you I think you product is very helpful. However this year I had to remove a vehicle from our business the process was quite tedious and time consuming. The explanation of terms was very vague and I had to conduct online research with IRS forms to understand the process. The vehicle was lost do to an accident and your program provided no guidelines for this dilemma.

Turbo Tax is not User Friendly

Way more complicated than it has to be. Each item should only have to be entered 1 time and it should populate on every line where needed in the tax return. I discovered that several forms needed were not done and that was AFTER final review showed no errors! IRS offers electronic payment for estimated tax. Why doesn't Turbo Tax offer this?

TurboTax Less User Friendly

I've used Turbo Tax for years and struggled more this year than ever before. Harder to navigate. When I opened with "continued" it really didn't lead me to where I had stopped. Old forms came up, and it took me ages to delete them. Could not find "help" topics I needed. Had to search on my browser. It was hard for me to identify which Schedule K-1s had been saved from last year. I may consider another tax program next year.
