Waste of time and money

Impossible to e-file. It keeps returning the same error: IND-032-04. It is a known issue, if you google it thousands of people have the same problem since as far as 2019. TurboTax hasn't been able to fix it.

I had so many issues this year - that is almost defies belief! I spent well over 6 hours on the phone with TurboTax trying to get this issue resolved. Infuriating!

TurboTax is the Tax Expert I Can't Be

TurboTax has saved me time and money by eliminating the hours of research on my own, and the time and expense it takes to hire a tax consultant. Years ago, way back in the 1970s, I took a college course on taxes. Previously to that, the company I worked for paid for me to attend the H&R tax course. I have a BA and an MS but there is no way I can keep up with tax rules and regulations. It would be hard for any human to hold all of this information in one brain. This software is an absolute godsend. I also love how it imports our information from the previous year and that saves hours of typing. I am extremely grateful for this product.

Been using about 25 years and buying audit defense each year... but your intuit payment page for audit defense has four tabs and page is cutoff and on cell or laptop we cant see the buttons to move forward. i had to add 2nd screen to see bottom of document page
