Turbo Tax could do better for its long term custom

You lost two stars with me. For a long term customer I would hope that you would just have a one time purchase fee, and not charge people extra for the audit stuff at the end. Or if the people didn't need to use those services they paid for, then give them a refund on them instead of just taking them. So you are double dipping your customers, way to go, just like every other Insurance institution out there, or even the IRS. How about stop legally robbing your customers, like the IRS already does?

Easy to use. The price is expensive. The Home and Business should cost around $40-$50 instead of my purchase price of $95. Why do you charge for state e-file?

Prefer the CD

I have used Turbo Tax for years and always was able to pull over all the information from the previous years so I didn't have to fill every thing out or look up the information again. This was because Turbo Tax used to be on a CD. This year I had to download online because CD is no longer available. I have never wrote a negative review before and I hate to but It was really not user friendly for me at all. I had a hard time getting it to download plus it made me start from scratch on everything because nothing pulled over from my previous Tax year information that was stored on my computer. This is the reason I only gave it a 2. All the other years with the CD it was so easy, I would give all those years even higher than 5 stars if there were more. I always highly recommended Turbo Tax but this year I can't. But at least it was better than figuring it with a pen and calculator.
