TurboTax is NOT awesome.

I elected to carry-over my excess taxes as payment to be applied to next year's (2025) taxes. BUT, your program revised this election as a refund. WHY? NOT HELPFUL!!!!!!! I am NOT impressed. The quality of your software program is DECLINING!!!!!!!

Having the IPPIN in the middle of the program is ok but at the time it is being asked we may not have it. Having a question to fill in the IPPIN later would be helpful. Then the question can come up again while finalizing the tax report when we are filling out the driver's license and continue to ask for it to make sure the IPPIN is filled in so there is always a place to add the number if needed. Otherwise, we spend many days looking at where to add the IPPIN in the program.
