TurboTax is very good

My only complaint is that is some areas, when going back to review data, I end up having to read and answer a bunch of the same questions each time through. I believe there must be a better way to handle that.

Good tool, all-in-one package

Good software - had to make a few calls to get resolution of what to input for a foreign country's FIN. This was not clearly defined in the software. A note should be put in the software in the income section for 1099's. specifying the special number to be used for foreign companies FIN.
For complex situations, you need to go through all of the scenarios. Reading the explanations, notes and references gives one good insight into what the software is doing and helps to understand the process. The software saves a lot of time if one were to do taxes by hand using all of the instructions and forms from the IRS.

The software was good. The AI search engine only did okay when it came to answering my questions, which knocked the rating down a star.
