I have used turbo tax for over 20 years. This year I found it to be a bit challenging due to the questions for Qualifying business. I understand why it should be asked but I believe the question could be a lot more friendly asked or more self explanatory for understanding. Other than that I love using this software.

Still mostly happy with turbo tax, BUT the new interface when entering Investment income is less efficient then the previous version- too much scrolling, more clicks needed, and not as straight forward.

Painfully slow. Migration of information to MS state return was terrible. Would not process my purchase of Audit Defense. Generally poor and worse than previous years.
