Digital Assistant is Absolute Garbage

Tried to use the Digital Assistant to find where to apply my refund to next year taxes and it was useless. Very Frustrating!

Wonderful and easy to use experience, I found it simple and easy to navigate but some transparency still is lacking as some forms are hidden sometimes through prior year imports. This is a very minor and niche problem and I am confident by 2025 this problem will not exist. Great job on such an essential and vital software. You make the experience as user friendly as possible, keep up the excellent work

Difficulty eFiling

In the review for errors, every error was one that TurboTax made - some amount in some form needed to be something else. In doing my son's taxes (he's a student) the program filled in Parent's information, and then would not eFile unless the parent's information was deleted.

Basic stuff is screwed up

Check this entry "State tax refund worksheet: Item Q line 2 should be enterered. enter zero if none.
You filed my state returns. you should be able to carry this over or at the very least ASK for this information during the walkthrough & if for some reason you don't have it, provide some meaningful context / help.
Also, you deleted my PIN. When I checked my e-file status the instructions say: Go to the "Federal Tax" tab, select "Other Tax Situations", and choose the "IP PIN" section. Enter the correct IP PIN information and then resubmit.
There is no "FEDERAL TAX" Tab.
Doesn't inspire confidence.
