Have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Never had any problems I couldn't resolve from the easy to understand instructions and information. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.

I am using TurboTax every year, easy to follow. One thing I like is the flexibility to use, I like the choice of filling information by myself, especially the option to input individual form and schedules.
