difficult to fix errors when caused by software bug. i.e. foreign tax credit auto entering. as well as 2023 debacle with Oregon returns auto entering for a credit that was not deserved.

Hate jumping through hoops for NO REASON

Shows Federal files for free. Doesn't tell you about a processing fee until you've gone through all the steps to e-file. THEN it says it's "read only" and can't e-file because you're stuck. Program is ridiculous. have never had that problem before

Refund Processing Fee Nonsense is NOT O.K.

Product is helpful, but the hidden $40 "refund processing fee" for tax audit assistance paid out of your federal refund is an *obnoxious* bait and switch. VERY bad form to not mention it or explain it in the software - I had to Google it to find out why I was being charged it when I initially opted to pay it out of my fed refund.
