I purchased the home and office program and was told I get five federal and one state included and then was charged $25.00 for state. I've used your product for 10 years or so and if the $25.00 isn't refunded I'll consider purchasing a different brand next year.

TT to the Rescue

I've used TT for the past 20-25 years to file my Fed Tax and the past 16 years for the State tax. It's done the job for me all these years with any problems. Keep up the good work.

TurboTax doesn't care enough to fix details

Year after year I find minor bugs. Like they don't care. Boxes don't stay checked. Questions with no context or help. Even forms that don't print. You need to test your edge cases better. Fit and finish is not great.

Get TOO expensive!

Notes to enter Housing allowance on desktop with a 1099-NEC where terrible! Paid extra for Home and Business. State Filing electronically should be Free with the cost for Home and Business!
