Wouldn't do my taxes without it

Have used it every year for as long as I can remember and at my age that is a long time. I also have it walk me through every step of the way. It checks my return to make sure it is accurate and I take advantage of every deduction

Turbotax still has bugs and isses...

Overall, not bad. But program still has critical bugs in some fairly common areas, including Calculating Tax Credits for Foreign Taxes paid on investments. Also, one of the forms I needed for filing a state tax return, was not included in the program, and had to be downloaded from the state website, completed separately, and then uploaded. If I am paying for a state tax return, I expect all of the forms to be included. Additionally, in some areas, the state return did not pull data from the federal return, and I had to hunt through the federal return for the data -- there wasn't even guidance in the program on where to look for the data.
Although Turbotax said there were no errors before I submitted, I don't have real confidence in that assessment.

Couldn't be easier

I hate doing taxes, but Turbo Tax removes lots of the pain. Excellent phone support.

Turbo Tax is ok

Turbo Tax button text difficult to see and read.

The light blue button color causes the program text to be difficult to see and use. There is very little contrast between the button background and the button text, this makes it VERY difficult to see and read the test. A darker blue such as the banner color would be a significant improvement.

I have used Turbotax for many years and recently needed to include the business version. I would like to see more explanation in filling out the business related topics. It is sometimes unclear what information is expected. Example: Depreciating business assets. Thanks for a great product. It's much easier than following an instruction book and entering the data manually
