Very user friendly and quick to use. Updates and opening the file seems to take a bit long but that may just be our laptop.

Turbo Tax was disappointing

did not allow efile for 2023 amended return even though IRS allows it. This should have been allowed.
While transmitting a return, it did not function due to a turbotax upgrade. I had to quit the return and close out turbo tax to get the upgrade to work. Messy.
Carryforward losses need more information especially when it goes on for many years. A reconciliation report is definitely needed.
Years ago, an override function was allowed. Now you have to guess where the input should go. Error messages for this are non-existent.

Turbo tax is my tool of choice. I am self employed and keep detailed records.. Turbo tax makes it relatively easy to enter my tax data and check to make sure I have not m missed something. Great job - keep up the good work!

Beware of paying extra for "professional support".

No good experience with adding professional assistance at the rate of $50.00 for 2023 and 2024. This year there was no contact. Last year they could not answer my question!
