TurboTax is my software of choice for the preparation of my personal taxes each year. I have used this company's product since it first came on the market in the early 1990's and have found it accurate and easy to use. I have peace of mind knowing my returns are accurate and timely.

same as always, but it hung up at the end and would not respond when switching screens. If finally unlocked but took a while.

Glitchy Software When It Works

Turbotax has had the same issue with their software each time I get it. The software also gives me a crash screen as soon as I load, before I can even do anything. This year comes with a new feature. I can't actually print the return. It just gives me a calculating screen. If it wasn't a lot of work, I would switch to a new software to do my taxes.

First year of TurboTax

I have used Intuit ProSeries for 30 plus years in my career as a CPA. I found this software to be cumbersome and awkward in my first attempt to prepare our returns , but I am very pleased with the
final review and finished product. I will use TurboTax in the future and expect to work out all the
kinks in the learning process.

You need to put 1099-LTC into a question near Less Common Income. Very difficult to locate. The search assistant is worthless on topic.
