Turbo Tax missed somethings

Product is good but I don't like the continuous push to nickel and dime me. I paid for the software, you should stand behind that and offer advice.
Also, we filed and the analysis said no issues but then the returns were rejected due to forgetting some document. How did it pass the analysis/error check and get rejected?

TURBOTAX IS NO LONGER A GREAT PROGRAM.

TURBOTAX IS MORE DIFFICULT TO USE THAT IN YEARS PAST. IT FAILED TO TRANSMIT BC AN UPDATE WAS MISSING THAT IT NEVER PROMPTED ME ABOUT. START AND STOP. THE SECURITY IS RIDICULOUS. HOW MANY TIMES DID I NEED TO PROVE MY IDENTITY. AND I THINK THE PROGRAM ITSELF WASN'T AS SMOOTH OR INFORMATIVE

Schedule C, Line 27b Is Too hard to correct!!

Software needs to have a link to the cell w/ the issue when running the Mistake Finder. Trying to find and fix the issue on Schedule C (Form 1040) for line 27b is a royal b-tch!! Could have been so much easier if their was a hot-link to the cell when running Mistake Finder.

There was no record of my submitted/denied return

Wasn't very streamlined, even with the "guided" part. I ended up going back to a couple sections and finding new windows that were never "walked through" that were significant for reducing my taxes. When I got a "denied State Return" text and email, the return wasn't anywhere in the account. I had to upload it from my computer and once that was done, it didn't point out the issue that caused my return to be denied, despite what the email stated in that all I had to do was open TurboTax and it would tell me what the error code for denial was and that it would walk me through fixing it. It didn't even show that there was an error. I found the SP form and had it deleted from the file but then when I went to resubmit, it wouldn't let me because it was already filed. I don't think the state has the corrected file because of this glitch and now I don't know if I will get filed on time or late no thanks to TurboTax and I don't know if I should expect it to be denied again if it did go through cause I made a guess at what the issue was.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Hands down - TurboTax is the best tax preparation software on the market. You can't beat the ease of use, help features, and the Live Tax Advice feature. Keep up the great work TurboTax!!!!

I've used TurboTax for years, it's been good, but every year there seems to be some additional fees... and only shows up towards the end.... This time, it's the "REFUND PROCESS FEE"... quite annoying
