Great with suggested improvement

Overall TT is great and worth 5 stars. Here is a suggestion for improvement. The section for entering INTEREST and DIVIDENDS and STOCK TRADES from Banks and Brokerages was modified this year. Go back to last year's organization. I found it very difficult to concentrate on one account and enter all input there. It was organized by TYPE (say, INTEREST) and walked me through all accounts. With a 1099 in my hands I wanted to enter all 3 for that account.
A change to the organization of this section is suggested. Otherwise, TT is very thorough and complete and worth it !!

30 Years of Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for 30 years now. I have always been very satisfied with how easy it is to use. I feel that I have always gotten my moneys worth with this product.

Very frustrated

I am very frustrated right now as I am getting an error message for efiling hat says the IRS EIN doesn't match what the payer put into the system. I have double checked the entries twice and the EINs are all accurate. HELP!!!

Turbo Tax needs to pay attention to details

for the most part this year's return was relatively easy to prepare.However, the program imported incorrectly my AGI from 2023 Not realizing that, I confirmed it and triggered a rejection notice in my return along with the confusing wording regarding whether or not to use last year's PIN #s, causing another reason for rejection. The identification and explanation of the rejection codes was excellent; however, the Fix My Return button was nowhere to be found. Couldn't find the place in the program where I had confirmed or entered incorrectly the 2023 AGI into the 2024 tax return. No help questions with the AI chat revealed the location. It took two phone class to the help personnel to finally locate the spot the page in checkout area for that location so I could make the needed correction.

Federal side is outstanding, AZ could be better

Always a good experience, especially the federal portion of the program. Love the way it transfers amounts over from last year. The AZ program, not so much. It won't even transfer over foreign taxes info from the federal side, had to go back and write everything down so I could enter it into the AZ side.
