Experience overall was quite good. I did have to consult with the online help department to clear one of the 'Review' issues, but he was able to assist me quickly and ably ... Very good man!

Outstanding product and excellent support

While this primarily self-explanatory software is already great, it cannot cover every possible situation for every American, and certainly not provide solutions for mistakes your business partners might have made. I ran into a significant issue with a bank that was unwilling to send me an INT-1099, and I also had some other tasks. Going to the homepage, asking for a call, and 20 minutes later, everything was safe + sound, solved by the friendly expert who called me. Crucial software needs good support - Intuit Turbotax delivered the finest possible.

TurboTax is Mid at best

Not a bad tax program, Not a good one either. Half my w2s could be found, the other half couldn't. You pay for the program, then pay additional hidden charges at the end.
I would use again, if I cant find a better one next time that is.

I don't like all the control questions at the end just to Efile my Federal Taxes. I ended up printing and mailing without all your questions.
