Minor bug but annoying

When i went to use the online forms filing for 1099 and W2's it failed to import last years file saying it had no EIN. It worked file importing into the desktop version and it imported the EIN.

I've been using for years and won't change. I also use Quick Books Pro, so why switch. I use "Home and Business" as I file for a son and his business, a daughter in law and her business, two grandsons, plus our personal taxes. Is it perfect? Of course not. Some things you have to search for. One big gripe is all of TT's additional "work sheets", many of which do not tell you how something is calculated. I should be able to see a simple calculation worksheet for anything that isn't an entry or simple addition. You often have to switch back and forth between "Interview" and "Forms" to figure out "the why" find a "fix". In addition, it often asks the same question over and over during the pre-filing review even though you have fixed it. That can be frustrating.

never freee state tax submission

Once again it is supposed to give me a free state filing....but of course when i selected to do so I got to thre end and it requested a $20 dollar payment. like the hundreds of dollars spent on the program to begin with isnt enough!!!!!
