Turbo tax is not too hard to use. It would be nice if it allowed the user to enter form data without having to go through the question process. This would be similar to how it imports information from bank and salary websites but would be a manual import. It could then ask question about the data.

Love Using Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax since early 2000. For the most part, it's always easy to use and trusted to complete my taxes with accuracy.
I really like being able to do family taxes with just one tax product purchase. A+ from me!

Fairly easy to use.

Turbotax is usually a fairly easy program to use. I did not like their trying to charge me a $40 processing fee if I chose to have the fee for e-filing my state taken out of my federal refund. I have no problem with the fee itself, but there was no explanation of why they were charging the fee. I had to research it to find out the fee was not charged if i chose the charge my credit card option.
