This year I got stuck by several detail queries that showed up in "fix errors". It still is asking questions about a car we sold in 2017, and informed TT of that at that time. Where is the info it thinks I still need to fill out? Show me the section, don't just throw summary questions at me. Same with another item that wanted an amount even if zero for something on schedule C. Endless loop. A few others.

RETURNS REJECTED REPEATEDLY

My returns keep getting rejected because the software wont guide me through entering in an IP PIN. You cant select text in the app which makes it impossible to google things or keep notes in an external document. How is this missing such basic functionality?! OVERPRICED!!!!

Every year when I am filling with Home and Business I have to look for form 568 (Limited Liability company) and fill it manually Why don't you send me automatically in there and help me with filling the forms. Why is in not a constant part of Home and Business?
Also why the state E-filling charges are not the part of purchase price of program?

I love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. It's user friendly and I like where you go through each item, so you hardly miss anything. I've been using this product ever since i started filing my own taxes. It's been more than 20 years and will continue using it.
