Just my two cents worth

Too much "monkey business" at the end. Keep redundant info to a minimum. Warn of the need for Driver's License documentation. Couldn't answer a somewhat complex question. Had to use external AI and the use of experts to answer it.

Been using Turbotax for over 25 years with great results but this year, I had no reminders about downloading the program and you offered the on-line version. I was confused and thought it was a replacement until I realized that it didn't fill in data from the previous year. My only quibble with Turbotax

Simple and straight forward. Did not like the $40 processing fee to get e-filing done. Seems like a gouge to me.

Fairly easy to use, but some fixes needed

Easy to use but some fixes needed:
--Let customer alphabetize charities--no matter which version/type of Turbo used.
--Let customer delete duplicate 1091 and other forms
--Last minute "fixes" are sometimes not the customer's fault. They are the fault of the interface, such as foreign taxes not added, duplicates not deleted.
