Turbo is yuck

I have been trying for two days to print my federal and state returns. Not able to do so. It's like an endless loop. What's wrong? Why can't I print my returns. It's driving me crazy. Did not have problem before with CD version. This online version is awful. What am I doing wrong?

Turbo Tax Has Serious User Interface Issues

This year's TurboTax (tax year 2024) had some particularly infuriating aspects. The worst was the list of items like all the entries of Personal Income was very hard to use. When you would scroll down and click on one to "open" it the page would return to the very top of the page and then you would have to scroll down to the item you had clicked on. EVERY FREAKING TIME!!! This user interface issue was completely unacceptable. I am going to seriously be considering using an alternative to TurboTax for my 2025 taxes.

TRY A LITTLE HARDER!!

Several incomplete sections, for example, three ways to receive two 1098's, then goes on to assume the second 1098 was from a HELOC or other loan, rather that from a second mortgage company after the loan was sold, and a couple of others.

Easy to follow wizards that provide guidance as you go along. Any mistakes and errors are pointed out with hints so its easy to fix them.

Overall it's pretty straight forward to use. I did find it annoying it told me after I'd already hunted around for my vehicle registration receipt that my state doesn't offer credit for that. It would be nice if it told me that before asking me to enter it and wasting some time. It also struggled to import my T.Rowe Price documents.
Otherwise, pretty quick and only mildly painful. I keep hearing there is free tax filing stuff available online and it makes me wonder if maybe I should look into that since Turbotax seems to get a little more expensive each year.
